نحن في "نجمتي" نحترم خصوصيتكم ونمنحكم التحكم الكامل في بياناتكم. يمكنكم طلب حذف حسابكم وبياناتكم في أي وقت.

1 كيفية طلب حذف البيانات

لطلب حذف حسابكم وجميع بياناتكم، أرسلوا بريداً إلكترونياً إلى:

team@nedjmati.com

يرجى تضمين المعلومات التالية في الطلب:

  • عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابكم
  • اسم المستخدم (إن وُجد)
  • سبب الحذف (اختياري)

2 البيانات التي سيتم حذفها

عند تأكيد طلب الحذف، سنقوم بحذف جميع البيانات المرتبطة بحسابكم بشكل نهائي:

  • بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف
  • ملفات الأطفال: أسماء التلاميذ، المستوى الدراسي
  • بيانات التعلم: تقدم الدروس، النتائج، النجوم، المتوسطات
  • الإنجازات: الأوسمة، أيام المتابعة، أهداف الدراسة
  • سجل الدراسة: الوقت المخصص للدراسة يومياً
  • بيانات الاشتراك: نوع الخطة، تاريخ الانتهاء
  • الكتابات: تقييمات التعبير الكتابي المرسلة
  • الإعدادات: الرمز السري، التفضيلات

3 مدة معالجة الطلب

سنقوم بمعالجة طلب الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

سنرسل لكم رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني بمجرد إتمام عملية الحذف.

⚠️ تنبيه: عملية الحذف نهائية ولا يمكن التراجع عنها. بعد الحذف، لن تتمكنوا من استرجاع أي بيانات أو نتائج سابقة. ننصحكم بتصدير أي بيانات مهمة قبل إرسال الطلب.

4 البيانات التي قد نحتفظ بها

قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات المجهولة الهوية لأغراض:

  • الإحصائيات العامة (عدد المستخدمين، استخدام التطبيق) — بدون أي معلومات شخصية
  • سجلات المعاملات المالية — وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية في الجزائر
  • سجلات الأمان — للحماية من الاحتيال (تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 90 يوماً)

5 حقوقكم

  • الحق في طلب نسخة من بياناتكم قبل الحذف
  • الحق في حذف الحساب في أي وقت
  • الحق في الاستفسار عن البيانات المخزنة
  • الحق في تصحيح البيانات غير الدقيقة

Comment demander la suppression 1

Pour demander la suppression de votre compte et de toutes vos données, envoyez un e-mail à :

Veuillez inclure dans votre demande :

  • L'adresse e-mail associée à votre compte
  • Le nom d'utilisateur (si applicable)
  • La raison de la suppression (optionnel)

Données supprimées 2

Lors de la confirmation de la suppression, nous supprimerons définitivement :

  • Données du compte : nom, e-mail, numéro de téléphone
  • Profils des enfants : noms, niveaux scolaires
  • Données d'apprentissage : progression, scores, étoiles, moyennes
  • Réalisations : badges, séries, objectifs d'étude
  • Journal d'étude : temps d'étude quotidien
  • Données d'abonnement : type de plan, date d'expiration
  • Rédactions : évaluations d'expression écrite
  • Paramètres : code PIN, préférences

Délai de traitement 3

Votre demande sera traitée dans un délai maximum de 30 jours.

Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation une fois la suppression effectuée.

⚠️ Attention : La suppression est définitive et irréversible. Vous ne pourrez pas récupérer vos données après la suppression. Nous vous conseillons d'exporter vos données importantes avant de soumettre votre demande.

How to Request Data Deletion 1

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:

team@nedjmati.com

Please include in your request:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your username (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Data That Will Be Deleted 2

Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete:

  • Account data: name, email, phone number
  • Child profiles: student names, grade levels
  • Learning data: lesson progress, scores, stars, averages
  • Achievements: badges, streaks, study goals
  • Study log: daily study time records
  • Subscription data: plan type, expiry date
  • Writing submissions: written expression assessments
  • Settings: PIN code, preferences

Processing Time 3

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

⚠️ Warning: Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will not be able to recover any data after deletion. We recommend exporting any important data before submitting your request.
